Facebook and Twitter Denial of Service plus Teen Choice Awards update

Ok, here is my latest video episode of Teen Tech with Courtney. I hope you enjoy it.

Did you know both Twitter and Facebook had Denial of Service attacks this past week? What’s a Denial of Service?

According to Wikipedia- A denial-of-service attack (DoS attack) is an attempt to make a computer resource unavailable to its intended users.

One common method of attack involves saturating the target service with external communications requests, such that it cannot respond to legitimate traffic, or responds so slowly as to be rendered effectively unavailable. Basically, somebody did a blatant attack on the two services and I’m sure it will happen again. Mark Zuckerberg seems to be making a lot of enemies as he grows his company.
